Terms of Service

Pamaro Travel Effective date: August 6, 2026

1. About Us and These Terms

Pamaro Travel is an independent travel agency based in Bloomfield, Indiana, operating as an affiliate of Outside Agents, a member of Travel Leaders Network. In these Terms of Service, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pamaro Travel, and "you" refers to the person requesting or booking travel.

By requesting a quote, submitting a form on travelpamaro.net, or booking travel with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor

Pamaro Travel acts solely as an agent and intermediary between you and the suppliers who actually provide your travel — including airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, ground transportation companies, and travel insurance providers.

We do not own, operate, or control any of these suppliers. Every booking is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the individual supplier, which you should read carefully before booking.

We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by any supplier, or for any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes supplier bankruptcy or insolvency, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, mechanical failure, weather events, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, epidemics or pandemics, labor disputes, and acts of God.

3. Fees

Pamaro Travel does not charge planning or service fees for standard bookings. We are compensated through commissions paid by our travel suppliers.

Where a fee does apply to a particular booking, that fee will be disclosed to you in writing, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline before any charge is made.

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

All quotes are estimates based on availability and pricing at the time they are prepared. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed by the supplier.

Prices may change due to supplier increases, currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government fees. Suppliers reserve the right to adjust pricing in accordance with their own terms.

5. Payments

All payments for travel are made directly to the supplier or processed through Outside Agents, our host agency. Pamaro Travel does not hold client funds.

Deposits, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines are set by each supplier. Missing a payment deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit. Meeting these deadlines is your responsibility. While we make every effort to send reminders, we are not responsible for cancellations resulting from missed payments.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change policies are set entirely by the supplier and vary widely. Some bookings are fully non-refundable from the moment a deposit is made.

Any refund owed to you will be issued by the supplier, according to the supplier's own policy and timeline. Pamaro Travel cannot guarantee or expedite refunds and is not responsible for a supplier's failure or delay in issuing one.

All requests to cancel or change a booking must be submitted to us in writing.

7. Travel Protection Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase travel protection insurance.

Travel insurance can protect you against trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies abroad, emergency medical evacuation, baggage loss, and supplier default. Most standard U.S. health insurance plans, including Medicare, provide little or no coverage outside the United States.

If you decline travel protection insurance, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss you incur, and you agree to hold Pamaro Travel harmless for any loss that insurance would have covered. We may ask you to confirm your declination in writing.

We are not licensed insurance agents and cannot advise you on which policy is right for your circumstances. Coverage is determined solely by the terms of the policy you purchase, which you should read in full before traveling.

8. Travel Documents, Passports, and Entry Requirements

It is your sole responsibility to obtain and carry all documents required for your trip, including valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation or vaccinations.

Many countries require a passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Names on airline tickets and other reservations must exactly match the traveler's passport. Name corrections after ticketing may be impossible or may carry significant fees.

We will share general guidance where we can, but entry requirements change frequently and vary by nationality. You should verify current requirements with the appropriate consulate or embassy, or with the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov, before departure.

Pamaro Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or any resulting loss caused by improper or missing travel documents.

9. Health, Fitness, and Accessibility

You are responsible for assessing whether a trip is appropriate for your physical condition. Many itineraries — particularly pilgrimages, walking tours, and shore excursions — involve significant walking, uneven terrain, stairs, heat, or altitude.

If you have mobility needs, dietary needs, or other accommodations, please tell us at the time of booking so we can request them from the supplier. Such requests are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier and destination limitations.

10. Group Travel

For group bookings, the group leader or organizer is responsible for communicating deadlines, payment schedules, and trip details to group members, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Group contracts may include minimum passenger requirements, attrition penalties, and deadlines that differ from individual bookings. These terms will be provided to the group leader in writing.

11. Faith-Based and Pilgrimage Travel

Itineraries for faith-based journeys — including site visits, worship opportunities, and access to religious sites — are subject to change due to local conditions, security considerations, religious observances, and site closures. Substitutions may be made without prior notice, and such changes are not grounds for a refund.

12. Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communication from us regarding your booking. You may also receive occasional travel offers and newsletters, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We will still contact you about any active booking.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pamaro Travel's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid directly to Pamaro Travel.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost enjoyment of travel.

14. Photographs and Website Content

Photographs, descriptions, and content appearing on travelpamaro.net are provided by suppliers or licensed sources and are illustrative. Actual accommodations, ships, and destinations may differ.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Indiana.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on travelpamaro.net at the time of your booking governs that booking.
